They were extremely busy so our order was ready a little late (pickup) and the second bag for our order was forgotten. We were still nearby and called to say something was missing - they quickly remedied this issue and added a free green onion cake and spring rolls when we returned to pick up the soup. Food is just as great as it always was when it was Chopsticks!

I understand that they are probably extra busy with the holidays, but it appears like they take on too many orders at once. As a fellow member of the restaurant community, I would suggest management consider reducing the number of orders that can come in at the same time as it seems like multiple delivery apps + direct orders via the website are overwhelming the kitchen and the ability to complete orders and serve the dining room in a timely manner.

Food is great as usual.

But I showed up when the order said it would be ready and had to wait 25 minutes.

Food was excellent, the issue is they take on to many orders while still operating the dine in portion of the restaurant. Pick up was 6:20pm and I received my order at 8:17pm. New Year is busy, I understand yet standing in the foyer for two hours with people waiting for food at your residence is less than satisfactory. Very inefficient use of staff resources at the front counter, female employee was overwhelmed. Frustrating as the food is very good

The food was excellent! On the website it would be helpful if a certain time was full it should be taken down to make it unavailable to avoid a pileup.

Have to agree with Lori's review from last night.
Your food is always fresh, tasty and served with a smile. Rishun is our go to.
Last night was frustrating for everyone.
A bit of a logistical overhaul and I'm sure all will be good

Tasty it’s very good ! Fresh chicken balls and shrimp were not over cooked like a lot of places. My children and spouse liked it. The wonton soup was great! The peach shrimp is awesome! It’s better fresh but left over heat up great love the containers. Friendly service. Highly recommend this place!

Three hours and counting!!!!

Food was delicious but they forgot the dry ribs and substituted with green onion cakes. They didn’t tell me and I didn’t know until I was home and opened up the bag of dishes.

I ordered at 2:30 pm today and it was ready and HOT in 15 minutes.

Hey folks, you have amazing food. We love your takeout, you are go to… However, they were a heck of a lot of upset people this evening with almost a two hour wait for pre-ordered and paid for orders. Got to come up with a better system on nights like this, we all have patients but that’s asking a lot of everybody. You’re gonna lose customers because of nights like this and that would be a shame.

The chicken balls and shrimp was Great! Green onion cake the rice! Everything was awesome ! Peach shrimp was really tasty! Overall give these guys an 200 over 100
