We placed an online order yesterday. The wait time was 40 minutes. We arrived at the time indicated and was asked to wait a bit longer. We ended up waiting another 20 minutes. I don’t think the order was even started when it was placed. Also, I think it’s poor practice to automatically put a $10 tip on the order when it was prepaid via credit card. The customer should be able to choose the amount if anything. Probably won’t order from here again for this reason, unfortunately. The food was fine.

Food was well prepared and very tasty.
Wait was long but in return we were given extra green onion cake, very kind.
We will order again and do recommend Rishun Happy Diner.

Waited over 2 hours for a pickup order, came to the restaurant when it was supposed to be ready. Waiting another 20 minutes before a host even acknowledged. I understand it’s a busy evening but don’t accept orders if you cannot keep up in a timely manner or atleast update the customers why we are waiting.

The food is usually excellent but tonight the egg foo yong was burned and the lemon chicken was dry. We had to wait 20 minutes past our scheduled pick up time. Probably would have been better to eat in than take out.
